What is a TOG: A unit of thermal resistance used to measure the power of insulation of a fabric, garment, quilt, etc. Each Grobag is available in different TOGS ranging from 0.5-3.5.

TOG Tips:

Latest advice from health professionals is that Baby Sleep Bags should be "lightweight" and must be between 2 & 3.5 TOGS for temperatures between 10 degrees celsius and 20 degrees celsius.
