Confused about the TOG System?

What is a TOG: A unit of thermal resistance used to measure the power of insulation of a fabric, garment, quilt, etc. Each Grobag is available in different TOGS ranging from 0.5-3.5.

TOG Tips:

Latest advice from health professionals is that Baby Sleep Bags should be "lightweight" and must be between 2 & 3.5 TOGS for temperatures between 10 degrees celsius and 20 degrees celsius.

This is why Grobag's main range are 2.5 TOGS for the recommended ideal nursery temperature range of 16 degrees celsius and 20 degrees celsius.
