This recall involves 100% cotton Children's Bathrobes with hood sold under the brand name "Giggle Designs". The bathrobes are white and available in sizes 6 to 12 months and 12 to 24 months. The word "Giggle" is sewn on the upper left chest of the robe and on the inner tag. The tie closure is sewn on to either side of the robe at the waist.The sleepwear can be identified by the words "Giggle Designs", code 50582 and the marking CA 54015, found on the hang tag on the inside of the sleepwear.
Hazard Identified
The recalled bathrobes do not meet the design and flammability requirements for children's sleepwear under Canadian law.Children's sleepwear that is loose fitting or that has loose edges can contact ignition sources such as stove elements, candles, and matches more easily than tight-fitting sleepwear. Once ignited the sleepwear can burn rapidly and cause severe burns to large areas of the child's body, resulting in shock and sometimes death.
Neither Health Canada nor Bravo Textiles Inc. has received reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this sleepwear.

Corrective Action
