In cribs manufactured from January through August 2012, separation of the front panel from the side panels could occur if crib was not properly glued. The date of manufacture can be found on the label on the lower inside right panel of the crib. Purchase order (PO) number listed under "serial number" on same label. PO numbers affected are H004522, H004546, H004548, or H004777.

STOP USING THESE CRIBS IMMEDIATELY.

In a collision, the vehicle comes to an abrupt stop, but the child continues to move at the same speed.
