PRENATAL EATING/NUTRITION - THURSDAY OCTOBER 24TH, 2013 at 6pm

This class teaches how to incorporate healthy eating into everyday life, not only while pregnant, but also throughout the years ahead. Expectant mothers will learn what foods and nutrients they need to eat more of during pregnancy and while nursing. They will also learn what foods to avoid to feel better physically and provide their baby with all the nutrients needed for safe, complete development. The class also discusses how to shape your baby’s tastes to crave healthy food throughout their life.

BREASTFEEDING TO SOLIDS - WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 27TH at 10:30am

You are about to introduce your little one to the exciting and messy world of SOLID FOOD!

Back to Balanced Mommy

A seminar based on:

 Getting mommy "Back To Balance" (Emotionally, Hormonally, Physically) after having Baby.

Have your moods changed after baby?
Your energy levels? Your appetite?
Having trouble losing weight?
These can all be symptoms of various imbalances within your body.

This workshop will help you understand what is going on with you physically, so that you can take the necessary steps to get back into balance.

At Moms to be... and More, we hold Seminars to help with any little worries, concerns, and questions that you may have in regards to your little one.

Here is a brief description of what Seminars we hold.  

Our newest seminar at Moms to be... and More is Babeez Ed - $20/person 

This class is a 1.5-2 hour educational session where expecting couples can participate in a hands on workshop to learn everything they need know about bringing home their baby.

Learn basics such as swaddling, bathing, safety, feeding, and much more.
FREE $150 Swag Bag given out each class! 

Infant Sleep - $20/person

A 45 minute question and answer session. 

This is an opportunity for parents to sit and chat with a Certified Sleep Consultant.

Both Babeez Ed and Infant Sleep Seminars are facilitated by Debbie Fazio, President & Baby Parenting Coach. 

Diapers and Doggies - $30/person

This 1 hour introduction is geared toward helping new and expectant parents foster the relationship between their dog and the new baby. The transition can be stressful for everyone involved, but with a few helpful tips and a little education, it can be extremely rewarding.  

CPR/ERT Emergency Response Training - $45/person

"What to do if my baby goes blue."
A non certification workshop on Baby/Child CPR for parents and caregivers.

Includes one free refresher course for future. 

Infant Nutrition - $25/person

From breastfeeding to food introduction, we will discuss the unique nutritional needs of your baby. We will track the nutritional needs of your baby from birth to 18 months.  

Weehands Sign Language - $70/family (2 Adults + child). 
Sign language classes for baby and caregivers.
Long before your baby can speak, they have the ability to understand speech and they want to communicate with you. 4 week class ... each class is about 45 minutes.
