New Nutrition classes announced!

Wednesday September 22nd at 10am 

Infant Nutrition        

From breastfeeding to food introduction, we will discuss the unique nutritional needs of your baby (and you) during this time.

We will track the nutritional needs of your baby from birth to 18 months.

Participants will be provided with a food introduction timeline that they can use as a guide for the first 18 months.

Tuesday September 21 at 6:30pm
Toddler Nutrition
(beyond baby food)

      
This course is intended for anyone who wants to understand the nutritional needs for toddlers (from 18 months, plus).

We will cover the basics of nutrition for young children.
What do they need at this stage?

What foods will provide them with the brain and body fuels they require for optimal growth and development?

This class will include discussion and plenty of ideas for feeding picky eaters a variety of foods.
 

$25 per 1 hour session
$45 when you sign up for both.

The class is taught by MaryAnn Scandiffio of Create Vitality. Maryann is a registered nutritionist who specializes in Family Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, General Nutrition and healthy food preparation.
